Ingredients
Method
- Brew the Coffee: Pull 2 shots of espresso or brew 1/2 cup of strong coffee. Let it cool for a few minutes, or pour it over ice immediately for a quick chill.
- Prepare the Glass: Fill a tall glass with ice cubes all the way to the top. The more ice, the colder and more refreshing your latte will be.
- Add Vanilla Syrup: Pour the vanilla syrup over the ice. If using vanilla extract and maple syrup, stir them together first, then add to the glass.
- Pour the Oat Milk: Slowly pour the oat milk over the ice, filling the glass about three-quarters full. Watch the beautiful layers form.
- Add Coffee & Stir: Pour the cooled espresso or coffee over the oat milk. Give it a good stir to combine all the layers. Add a caramel drizzle on top if desired. Enjoy!
Notes
Drink Tips:
- For the best foam, use barista-edition oat milk — it froths better than regular.
- Make coffee ice cubes so your drink never gets watered down.
- Double the vanilla syrup recipe and store it in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
- Try swapping vanilla for lavender or hazelnut syrup for a fun twist.
