Ingredients

Ingredients
  • 2 shots espresso or 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee cooled
  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla syrup or 1 tsp vanilla extract + 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • Ice cubes
  • Optional: caramel drizzle for garnish

Method

  1. Brew the Coffee: Pull 2 shots of espresso or brew 1/2 cup of strong coffee. Let it cool for a few minutes, or pour it over ice immediately for a quick chill.
  2. Prepare the Glass: Fill a tall glass with ice cubes all the way to the top. The more ice, the colder and more refreshing your latte will be.
  3. Add Vanilla Syrup: Pour the vanilla syrup over the ice. If using vanilla extract and maple syrup, stir them together first, then add to the glass.
  4. Pour the Oat Milk: Slowly pour the oat milk over the ice, filling the glass about three-quarters full. Watch the beautiful layers form.
  5. Add Coffee & Stir: Pour the cooled espresso or coffee over the oat milk. Give it a good stir to combine all the layers. Add a caramel drizzle on top if desired. Enjoy!

Notes

Drink Tips:
  • For the best foam, use barista-edition oat milk — it froths better than regular.
  • Make coffee ice cubes so your drink never gets watered down.
  • Double the vanilla syrup recipe and store it in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
  • Try swapping vanilla for lavender or hazelnut syrup for a fun twist.
